Client Partnership/Project Manager
Agile Element is a software development and data/analytics agency providing next-level solutions to a variety of national and local clients in a fun, casual, startup-like environment. We're looking for a tech-obsessed, goal digging, Client Partnership/Project Manager with at least 4 years experience in digital project management and/or client services.
The Client Partnership/Project Manager is leads the internal team on all projects for assigned clients. You'll work side-by-side with key clients, and lead internal teams to develop exciting products and solutions to help businesses grow. The ideal candidate enjoys working on a variety of projects with different opportunities each day, while collaborating with a variety of teammates across multiple disciplines.
Key Goals:

Work closely with clients and supporting team develop deep understanding of business processes and goals

Review client business trends, performance and goals to make strategic recommendations for marketing and development
-
Ownership of all assigned client projects from beginning to end to ensure product delivery by set deadline

Ensure product work quality meets client goals and expectations
What You’ll Do:
-
Act as a partner with clients and supporting teams to immerse in client's business and systems

Work with internal teams to develop strategic plans for marketing, data and software development
-
Plan, organize, activate and control the day-to-day execution of client projects ensuring expectations are met within budget and by assigned deadline

Work with clients and senior staff on the planning and implementation of projects to serve the Client’s business. This includes the development of websites, mobile apps and analytic initiatives

Provide accurate direction to project teams in a timely manner

Ensure all deliverables have passed through proper QA and approval channels prior to delivery to client

Development of any necessary training materials/manuals to be provided to the client including drafting, testing with teammates, copyediting and final delivery

Provide ongoing reporting of results, implications and recommended action steps

Provide accurate direction to project teams regarding client feedback and changes and approval of Agency proposals/recommendation

Monitor all project budgets (which may include internal team work hours and/or vendor costs) and ensure budgets are met

Monitor and report competitive actions and/or initiatives
-
Schedule, plan and lead regular status meetings with internal project team

Schedule, plan and lead regular touch base meetings with clients
-
Document Client meetings/conference calls in writing, outlining direction and agreements made; assign action items to project team

Assist development team in vendor coordination as needed

Manage a book of business minimum as assigned by supervisor

Manage estimates/billing with coordinator to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing

Ensure coverage of projects when absent; provide proper transition to team

Provide regular updates (as assigned) informing agency leadership of top level status of clients

Proficient in MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Bonus Points For:

PMP Certification Preferred

Prior experience working with data analysts

Prior experience working in a digital or traditional agency environment

Proficiency in Tableau and/or Alteryx
-
Previous experience in the development of technical scopes and/or UI design
