Eddie Gonzalez, VP Strategy and Performance

Razorfish 

Eddie is a marketing transformation leader helping drive business growth through the intersection of business, marketing and technology. He has over 20 years of experience working in the advertising and marketing industry helping clients to develop data-driven and technology enabled strategies focused on driving business impact – acquisition, retention and cross sell. His knowledge within the strategy domain expands into 1:1 customer strategies, cross channel strategies, marketing science, commerce strategy, and performance marketing and optimization.

Eddie has worked with clients across multiple industries such as AutoNation, Carnival Cruises, Citigroup, Bridgestone, Orangetheory Fitness, Universal Studios Orlando, Regions Bank, Samsung, Starbucks, Spirit Airlines, and UPS.

Eddie holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Management Information Systems from Florida International University. He currently resides in Miami, Florida.

Gloria Cid-Stitt, VP of Marketing 

Joyned (formerly Gamitee) 

Gloria  is the VP of marketing at Jerusalem-based Joyned (formerly Gamitee), a SaaS platform empowering retailers to provide social shopping experiences directly to their consumers. She is responsible for driving ROI through the application of highly specific and effective content strategies, helping Joyned to disrupt the “social commerce” space.

A veteran of the online commerce space, Gloria has significant experience tackling both strategic marketing and operational challenges across a broad number of industries, including fashion, media, and influencer marketing.

In 2020 Gloria founded and served as head of e-commerce at sustainable fashion retailer Glam & Glo. She has also held a number of advisory and marketing roles, including strategic advisor at Rize; Director, Commercial Marketing Personal Care & Haircare, Avon North America; VP of Marketing at Julius Influencer Marketing Software, and others.

Gloria holds a Master of Arts in Media and Communications from New York University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Hunter College (City University of New York).

Patty Hernandez, Director of eCommerce

Anatomie.com 

Patty is a native Miamian, born and raised in the Magic City. She is a second generation of Cuban American and Nicaraguan immigrant parents, who worked 2-3 jobs at times which instilled a strong work ethic, never short of love & values; family & humility is huge to her.

Fast forward to now, she has worked for brands in the apparel, luxury goods, accessories, consumables, health & wellness product space -- from Swimnsport.com, to 1sale.com to EllaParadis.com -- now the Director of eCommerce at Anatomie.com, where she has been recognized by the International Advertising Association and INC 5000 lists. Her background in buying and inventory management, has helped her always have a merchandise and customer-first approach, which has led to her successes in each experience.

She currently lives in Delray Beach and loves her boyfriend and two dogs -- Brooklyn, her miniature dachshund -- and newest addition, Madd Maxxx - her miniature Yorkie. For fun, she is a huge foodie, loves cooking, yoga, bike riding, and trying to surf at the beach.
